Re-Laminated Panels with New HPL and Edge Trim
Raised Access Floor systems have been in use for over 50 years in the US and a large population of these raised floor systems are 25+ years old. The challenge with most of these older access floor systems is they utilized 1/8" thick high pressure laminate sheets on the panels and are not typically compatible with the newer panels with 1/16" thick HPL. Pro Access Floors specializes and inventories most older and discontinued Raised Access Floor replacement panels (solid and airflow) and offers them Re-Laminated, No Matter the Age or Manufacturer. Our Re-Lamination Program offers these past generation panels with New high pressure laminate finish and Edge trim. We offer both 1/16” and 1/8" HPL and the many variations of edge trim used over the years. Pro Access also offers re-lamination for your access floor panels and can provide turn-key solutions for shipping your panels to and from Pro Access for our refurbishment services. Please find listed below the Formica HPL finishes available for the Re-Laminated panels. Click here to get started.

- Pro Access requires a minimum order of 25 Raised Floor Panels (1 Pallet)
- Re-Laminated panels typically ship in 3-5 weeks ARO
- HPL color matching is difficult to match perfectly with older floor systems. Over time, HPL's color is susceptible to wear, tear, and fading making it difficult to match your existing raised access floor tiles. In most cases, we are able to provide you with same manufacturers and color HPL but cannot guarantee a perfect match. If this is the case with your floor system then you may consider panel reconfiguration in your room to accomplish a good color flow and aesthetics.
- HPL Manufacturers typically change color shades and patterns on HPL finishes every 5-10 years.
