Used Tate CCN 1000 Raised Flooring
The flooring package used pre-owned Tate CCN 1000 bare panels for a large casino application. This project demonstrates how used raised access flooring can be incorporated into a substantial commercial materials scope.
For another project considering pre-owned panels, the required panel specification, quantity, understructure, and planned floor finish should be coordinated before ordering. Explore our used raised flooring and Tate access floors.
20 Truckloads of Raised Flooring Materials
Supplying approximately 70,000 square feet of flooring required 20 truckloads of materials. Pro Access Floors worked closely with American Place Casino and Turner Construction Company to coordinate material supply and deliveries for the temporary casino project.
For a materials-only order of this size, delivery planning is an important part of the flooring scope. Material quantities, site receiving arrangements, and the installation team’s requirements need to be coordinated alongside panel selection.
Materials Supply for a Union Labor Project
Pro Access Floors supplied the used raised flooring materials for the project. Installation was handled separately through the project’s union labor scope. This arrangement allowed the casino and construction team to coordinate their on-site labor while working with Pro Access Floors on flooring supply.
A Raised Flooring Project for The Temporary
The Temporary by American Place was developed as a temporary casino facility in Waukegan. Legat Architects’ project overview describes the 92,500-square-foot overall facility and its work with Turner Construction. That overall facility area is distinct from the approximately 70,000 square feet of raised flooring supplied by Pro Access Floors.
