IFS Global 1250 TecCrete Raised Floor Panels

The installation incorporated IFS Global 1250 TecCrete bare concrete panels for the approximately 26,200-square-foot scope. Panel selection was a central part of the raised flooring specification, with the materials supplied and installed by Pro Access Floors.

Bare raised floor panels form the flooring base and are specified separately from any decorative surface covering. For a similar project, panel requirements and the intended finish should be considered together. Learn more about raised floor systems.

Material Delivery and On-Site Installation

The project photos document several stages of the work: panels stacked inside a delivery trailer, installers positioning pedestals, and raised flooring in place during construction. These views show the material and installation work behind the finished interior.

Pro Access Floors combined the flooring supply and installation into a turnkey package for the Bowling Green project, coordinating the materials and on-site work within one raised flooring scope.
