Pro Access Floors supplied materials and completed turnkey installation of approximately 5,000 square feet of raised flooring for the gaming floor at Potawatomi Casino Hotel. The project featured TecCrete II 1500 bare panels, a bolted stringer system, and a 6-inch finished floor height, with the raised floor prepared for carpet tile installation.

This project spotlight brings together the key details of the raised floor system: the panel specification, supporting stringer assembly, finished floor elevation, and planned surface covering. Pro Access Floors provided both the raised flooring materials and installation as one coordinated scope.

TecCrete II 1500 Raised Floor Systems

The installation incorporated TecCrete II 1500 bare raised floor panels with bolted stringers. The specified assembly formed the raised flooring base for the approximately 5,000-square-foot gaming floor scope.

Bare panels were specified for a separate carpet tile finish. This distinction is useful when planning a raised access flooring project: the raised floor assembly and the decorative floor covering are separate parts of the overall flooring configuration.

A 6-Inch Finished Floor Height

The raised access flooring was installed at a 6-inch finished floor height. This dimension establishes the elevation of the floor surface above the underlying slab and is an important detail when coordinating adjacent flooring and access transitions.

Turnkey Raised Floor Installation and Materials

Pro Access Floors provided the raised floor materials and installation for the project. The package combined the TecCrete II 1500 panels, bolted stringer assembly, and specified floor height in one raised flooring scope, prepared for carpet tile installation.
